Thoughts on pregnancy screening tests?

We were presented with these screening options from our doctor at our 8 week appointment. Apparently the non-invasive screening includes gender but the integrated serum screening does not.

Does anyone have thoughts or recommendations on what we should choose? We of course want to test for as much as we can up front but don’t really know how necessary that is if we test for neural tube defects a few weeks later.
